The gods of the world above and below would always indicate to you that nothing is more certain than dieing. Everything which is alright might be destroyed. Don't be silly. Never tell yourself that everything would be fine. Why do I say so? Before you even thing about your own safety and to develop peace, there is for sure something will go wrong. Everything which is fine can be temporarily and you won't know when and how you will meet with bad luck or mishap.

Bad things happened not because of bad karma or so. It is certain and can be proved scientifically. We have to be ready for all these things. We must be alert. But why we still worry? Yes, a doubtful man will always remained doubtful. He doesn't know how to make good use of the benefits that is available. Let someone else take full care for those uncertainty. If we have a right mind set, we will always think about reducing or eliminating our bad luck or uncertainty. Uncertainty here means those funds that would be available when something bad happened to us. Do we want to be responsible for our mis-fortunes all by ourselves. Do you want to carry that burden. Knowing that we have an alternative way of solving our problems, why not we let someone take care of it.

Many don't belief in this kind of help. This is because they here too much rubbish from people who have themselves covered but having the guts to make you a fool by not signing up for a plan which is by far the best way for solving our problems during the bad times. Don't listen to any old folks talk because they themselves are lost. If we really listen and register in our brain what they say, you will surely be influence plus paralyzed by their virtue. Delete all those waste and think what is right for yourselves.

This world is a cruel world. People don't like to see you happy. Happy here is to reach all your goals. They prefer you to be stupid and foolish so that they are not challenged. I am not those sort of person. I always want people to be successful and we work together. Those who are sour personally must be avoided and we shall stay far away from them. They are no use making friends with because they feel they are great and others are useless.

If we have a goal or goals in mind, we must focus. We mustn't let our foresight be over shadowed by all these negative effects. We must learn to stay strong. Nobody is going to kill you for achieving your own goals. We must learn to let go those unwanted voice in us and keep focusing in our goals. The thing which stops us is the voice that tell us we can't. If we can overcome these phenomena, we are successful. Flush all those stress and useless voice in us by doing something that we like and sweat all those negative thought away and start to learn to focus in what we want.

Share with people who are successful. Ask them how to be successful. Delete all those useless people from your list who only bring misery and negative aura. Mix in a healthy and wealthy society. Read great articles. Keep telling yourselves that we can make it no doubt the world might tell you it is impossible. We only live one life and we aught to make the best out of this life. Always remember to seize the day and make the best out of every situation.

Always keep a habit of reading. Read from successful authors. Try to narrate what they are trying to portray. Speak about your dreams to your close family members. Tell them your dreams. Share with them what you are thinking. They might just help you in building a strong esteem person in you. Speak to any one who is capable and full of knowledge. They might just help you to solve you problem part by part. Keep searching and never stop doing research. Keep up that source.

My focus is to be a successful wealth planner. I want to fly the world. I want to reach for Star Club. I want to spend whenever I need to. In short, I want to be financially sound. You might learn from your customer. I mean good leads and not those bad influence people. You can read a person by the way he or she talks or react. If you find that person a nuisance, just feel free to walk away. There are a lot of successful people and these people can help you to build your best character and make you wealthy spiritually and physically. Never fail to keep searching and never forget about those people who have helped us along the way. They are all out there but we have to only take time off to look for them and to speak to them and to share your success and they might share their success too.

This is too much to digest. Oh well, time to make the move and I am awaiting to see the reward and also the formation of a good and capable network of associates. All hail me.

Do something Until Right.

There are many failures because these people gave up. We give up easily when we know we could actually do something. I have to admit that I am in that category. In short, we just give up because things doesn't go our way. It is a waste.

I will tell you why it is a waste.

We can actually be perfect in whatever we do but due to our ignorance we gave up. Some might be an expert in a short period of time. Congratulations to those who are able to do it in a short period of time. How about those who can't? We give up?

Many at times we tell ourselves that we can't and so we cannot. We do not give a try or battle things out but instead opt to give up. Isn't that a big waste? It is no better than not trying. We should ask ourselves a question. Why do we begin if we do not end. We always think of the impossibilities and not about the opportunities. We think we can't when we only try out that subject just a few times. Needless to say, we don't know what it might be if we kept our faith and keep doing the same thing. I very sure we will reap rewards if we persevere. Why than should we fail?

Most of the time we fail because we are weak at what we are doing. We should not think of the task as a burden but a pleasure. Most of us will think that things are a burden when it doesn't work out for us. Try to imagine when we first started walking. Do you think by only two steps we are able to walk properly. The answer is definitely no. It is impossible for us to start walking when we are still baby with only two steps. We need to take a hundred steps to balance ourselves and for us to walk like adults. The concept is the same with success in whatever we do. Most of the time we can't see success just by doing that particular task a few times. We must practice over and over again. The more we do it the faster we see success. This is very logic and sort of the answer to all our failure.

I can't give you the recipe but it is for all to find out. The only thing is hard work to make ourselves perfect and without flaw. The number of failure equals to the success that we will meet. We just have to believe no doubt most of us have the feeling of instant failure. The worst part is not trying and letting go. That is a total lost and worst a silly thing we do. Our life will be empty if we do not try. We will just remain at point one and there would be no difference. I am also reminding myself as this applies to everyone. Only those who are true and willing will take hid of this piece of advice.

All the best to those who are trying and failing. Remember, the more you fail the better you will get and in the end you meet with success. You don't have to share with people your failure but share you process of seeking success. No body wants to know about your past or your future but what matters the most is what you can do for your present self to give a rough picture of your future.

He & She speaks different languages.

The world is surely an interesting place. There is never a time where a situation is mundane. I don't get people who claimed to be bored. What do I mean when I say people speak different languages? I am not actually relating to the language such as Malay, Japanese, Mandarin, Arab and so on.

The language I am referring to is the different fields that people are attached to. There are many disciplines nowadays and today it is important that people know what language they are speaking. Everyone goes to school from primary to secondary. During the time in school, we are thought the basics. The basics are important in fact to kick-start our career. We go to university to enhance or develop our profession. There are so many professions today such as lawyer, engineer, architect, doctor and so on. There is a diversity of languages.

We as sales people must at least know a little bit of every field so that we can express ourselves well to our potential customers. Not everyone will understand what we are speaking or trying to relate to them because of our differences in language. The whole reason of knowing a wide area of languages is to get along with people from different education background or field.

In sales, especially in the insurance line, we will meet with people from different backgrounds. As I have mentioned about the different professions above, it is important that we know a little about these professions. It is to show that we have taken the initiatives and also to know about the different fields people are into. People are well educated with insurance today and they know the ins and out of the industry especially the life side. The only interesting part is general insurance where a wide range of areas are covered. In general insurance there are motor insurance and non-motor where it includes aviation, burglary, third party risk, fire, and marine and hull.

The cat is speaking to the dog in lay man terms. An engineer can't communicate with an accountant about their technical intellectual and vice-versa. It is always a challenge. The challenge makes life interesting and I don't find life boring at all because there are so many things to learn and to relate. I am for sure sick about listening to people claim that they have nothing to do. Go learn another language! Sincere apologies, I am just ranting about people who come to me claiming that they have nothing to do.

I don't buy the idea about not teaching an old dog new tricks. It is an old saying and I am for sure reluctant to associate with such people who agree with that saying. Not to get me wrong or anything but teaching is definitely a headache especially those who don't pay attention. I agree with the saying let sleeping dogs lie. An old dog despite of its age can surely learn new things and they can renew their talents day by day but it is only those stubborn old dogs who are reluctant to learn new tricks are a problem. Sad to say, there is a high percentage of people who are just too stubborn to learn new things. We shall just leave them aside first.

It is a challenge. Homework has to be done so that we require new skills. Honestly, in every discipline there are basic concepts and principles. It is only how we build on that basic principle. That is when we form complete statements. The idea of innovation is important not buying the idea of imitation but innovation.

Educating is sincerely not an idealistic opinion in the corporate world. The idea doesn't plucked out from thin air. The competition is stiff and only those who are strong enough will survive. Many will fall and only a few will remain. Don't buy the idea of me being selfish or self-centered but in the real world these are the answers. People grow sick as they chase after their dreams and they become weak and tired. They feel that the amount of work they put in doesn't have a true value. They give up and remain at their position. I suggest that we join in the marathon rat race every now and than to keep us fit and healthy. If we are not fit it is hard for us even to be successful. We will get hyper-tension, heart-attack and other chronic sicknesses.

The most important in life is to have principles and always innovate. Touching people's heart is an art and not many people can do so. Those top scorers in school fail because they don't have something which the bible teaches us. What is the most important commandment? I am not going to spit it out but find out for yourself. Mind you, even the very elected will fall. I mean those successful people in the business line where competition is so stiffed that people find it hard to even survive or break-even. Try climbing Mount Everest up and down for three days. Do you think you will make it? I reckon even superman will fail. That is how challenging the world of business is and you will never know but only faith will keep us going. Some might say they don't think too far ahead. Yes, it is true? Why? We might feel upset when we fail to achieve our vision. As for me, I feel whatever the outcome is we must have a vision. A vision would be a direction and everyone has different directions and not everyone has the same outcome. Do not get upset when you don't get the outcome other people are getting because as I have mentioned, everyone has different outcome. As long as we put in afford we will make it. The trick is going an extra step.

A Relationship Game.

The culture in Western part of the globe is totally different compared to the one in Asian countries. The approach are totally opposite in nature. The Western approach is more direct and evasive while the Asian approach is more of relationship building and trust.

In any business there must be trust. Trust is not build over night but years. We have to do a lot of homework and follow-up in order to gain the trust. Trust is build over a time frame and it also can be easily broken. Every step we take must be precise. The trust instilled will be snow-balled to another party and that is the beauty of trust. If we are honest to someone, that someone will introduce to us another party. In this case, our network will grow.

Sincerity is very important. We must not cheat people or gain advantage of others. People are very smart today and if we take advantage of them they will cut us and worst, they will inform others. This will jeopardize our good name. It is always important to be clear. People might not accept our point but with persistence we will surely get there.

Keep the mood going and never sulk. You won't know what might be at the other end of the tunnel. There might be love and also feelings. We should never give up just because of a small glitch or rejection. The concept is same to knowing a person for the first time. You need to get in touch with that person. We can try by having small chats and little ideas and slowly when you feel that the relationship is forming you just give your all. But be honest.

We must find out the reasons why things don't go our way. It is like finding a hidden puzzle. The more clues we have in our mind the better we will solve the problem. People today are very dynamic so we have to adept to the situation in an appropriate manner. We must be well verse with the current issues so that we are able to understand the other party what they are narrating. Try reading a lot especially current issues.

I believe if we treat people well they will in turn treat us well. Never climb over people's head. It is not advisable and it is rude and dominating. Respect the elders because they are the gold of the age and they are wise. You can learn a lot of things from them and trust me you will learn lots where you are unable to get from someone at a fairly young age.

It is good to be knowledgeable but knowledge can only bring us to a certain stage. We must be interpersonal smart. If we can't strike a simple conversation we are total failures. Trust me there are times you just can't speak let alone express yourselves and that is frustrating. You have all the phrases formed in your head but it doesn't come out. That is why you can be the brilliant kid but if you don't have interpersonal skills, you are no better than an average Joe. You are zero if you don't have respect let alone manners because you just can't work out.

Keep building on your knowledge but at the same time get to know more people. You will surely have difficulty knowing people. You must build that bond and it takes time and work to be able to form them. The trick is to take it easy and not to pressure yourself. The best thing works when you are cool. The flow will come when we are calm. I know many people who are good speakers and relationship builders who are cool and confident. It takes lots of practice and care. The result will surely come.

We are living creatures who are analytical in nature. We study and come out with solutions to different matter or problem. We decide according to the figures which is calculated and come out with a solution.

In marketing, we place people into categories. It might sound bias. Why? First of all we are judging people based on their net worth. The amount of experience doesn't mean that the person is capable financially. A proper analysis has to be done. Keep aside the status and look at the marketing strategy. Marketers have to do a study of the market. They must know who are the spenders and those who aren't able to spend. This will make things easier or straight forward. It also safe time.

Those who are able to spend are those who are working or earning a stable income. The wealth of a person is based on the savings that a person has. How do we calculate savings. Net income minus whatever expenditure equals to savings. It is appropriate that a person safe 10 percent of his/her income. Take for example, Jack earns $2000. 10 percent of $2000 is $200. It is important to safe for the future and retirement.

Where can Jack safe his money. He can open an account with the bank which is the savings account. He can also make an investment with any unit trust company. Jack is able to hedge against inflation and see his money grow by having regular savings. Another method is by saving up with an insurance company. We are what we eat. Many would agree with the following statement. We don't realized that the food we put in might have severe effect to our body. A person without awareness will surely gobble everything which is being fed to them. Food education is very important because we need to know what to eat and how much of a portion. Eat correctly is important and essential to have proper health and growth.

We can't say not to eat at all. Our body need nutrition and appropriate supplements to keep us strong and healthy. The choice of not eating at all is not correct. We must eat but we must know what we are putting into our body. It is simple sense, garbage in will derived garbage out. The food that we take in might cause an effect to our internal organs such as our liver and kidney. Too much sugar and fats will cause diabetes and also blockage to our arteries. The fats which accumulated in our blood stream will cause our heart to work harder and very soon our heart will fail us.

Malaysia is blessed with various types of local delicacies. Since it is a racial country, we have lots of different kinds of food. These sort of food can be unhealthy especially those with lots of oil or deep fried. The amount of fatty fats is high in content and this is very bad for our heart. Fats is essential to our body but we must take in good fats. Those fats which are sustainable will cause blockage to our main arteries and soon we will have heart failure and so on. We can eat but we must control on our intake and not to try to eat either oily or salty food.

Exercise is very important. It is as important to taking essential vitamins. We are kept alert when we do a fair amount of bodily exercise. This will improve our blood circulation and also to keep our body fit. There are many forms of exercise. We can go for morning walks and this will keep us fresh and up and going for the day. It is always important to drink lots of water too. Water will help us to wash away all the toxic and also to keep us rejuvenate.

The idea of joining a marshal arts class will help to improve our overall being. We will learn to be more discipline and also we will remain fit and ready. In these sort of classes, we are training our body and mind to focus on the things that we are doing and not to laps. Once we train ourselves and keep the morale going, we will find that we have no problem falling back when we go out of the norm.

Always remember that everything that comes easy will never last. Every day is a learning curve and we become stronger by doing exercises. Not many people can ill afford to fall sick let alone receiving long-term treatment such as tumor or cancer. This is a problem to many as they will be treated as an out-patient or worst, no place for them if we do not meet the criteria of the hospital. In short, we do not have the resources to be admitted into the hospital if there is anything which is unforeseen.

It is very distressing at times. Due to the increase in the cost of living and no changes in our income or salary, we will feel the pinch when comes to medical bills. If we can't pay a deposit, hospitals will have the right not to give treatment to us and this is a far cry a problem.

The reality of waking up early and getting to work is a total disaster for me nowadays. I am just too stubborn to move myself to get to the place of work. I am not sure of the reasons but I am sure this is getting to be the dreadful habit which I am immune to. This might sound costly and not right. There will be implications which might sound awfully wrong.

The only answer is to love what you don't love doing. There is a saying, if you love your job you work no longer but remained joyful. No matter what the consequences are if we put on the right mood when we work, we work no longer because work will become a fun thing and it will become enlightening instead of a burden.

Some homework has to be done in order to have such privileges. Finding the right tune is always challenging but it will be rewarding if we find the solution.

My kind of job is based on performance and production wise. No production, no salary. It is that simple and finding the right tone for the job is all that matters. My job is very different than a desk job because I have to be out at the open sun to get the business coming in. This is obviously very challenging but it helps me to stay fit and healthy. Less activity means less exercise and less exercise means unhealthy. Besides that, I learn to be more discipline and also versatile because it gives me the drive to succeed and there is no other than a marketing job.

My job requires me to make as many calls. The numbers are large and this is the only way to close a deal. I have to say I am a bit afraid to make calls. I feel that I might offend the other party over the other side. The worst scenario is get rejected in a harsh way such as slamming of calls and so on. These are the challenges that I face but it some how become a norm to me and I am now unfazed about those bad moments. Back to the topic above, loving what you do. If you love and adore what you do, no matter what the consequences you will persevere to the end.

Closing is as important as opening a case. I would say opening a case is very simple. The only difficult part is closing. This means getting the prospect to sign on the dotted lines. This is an art and there are many ways to close a deal. I might just need to attend more classes on closing a case. Timing is all important in closing a deal as waiting too long or procrastinating will spoil the mood of the person and closing might become more difficult. Be more observant and look at the reaction of the person before making the move.

I am now loving myself and work. Yes, loving yourself is the first step to loving what you do. Try to reward yourself after a success. This will surely help you to move on and to love your job.

What now?

The silent cry.

The speaker is too loud. Tone it down. Noise are always a disturbance. Yes, especially people are not in the mood of such noises. The right timing is very important because untimely noise shall disturb the peace of people. The response might not be right and people will feel agitated.

Hopes starts with a dream or a vision. We discuss within ourselves. Most of the time we do not voice it out or make it a statement. It is very important that we put our attention to those plans which is in our mind. The reason of not exposing our plans is because we might be distracted and in the end we are unable to put our whole mind into our plans and end up making unachievable plans.

The field outside is where we demonstrate our plans. There is no error. The only time we can make suggestions are when we are at home or with ourselves. There is surely to be many questions to solve and we can do it by making many assumptions when we are with our own. How can we start? The only way is to go out to society and get the experience. Once we are at home or on our own, we can do our own self study and come out with many answers to different outcomes. This is call the learning process. As often as we study those outcomes, the better we will get because we know how to react to such response and not to create an awkward situation when we are in the real situation.

Obviously we can have plans. Plans which we have to list down. By listing down we are able to know what to include in those plans and what to be expected. This will surely help in our time of test. It is surely challenging the first round as we don't know what to expect and it might be our first time and we might feel lost. Keep those experience in our mind because it has to be digested when we share it with other people or on our own when solving the problem. We have to tally those real life situations with the ones we have written in the plan so that we can make analysis. The analysis part is the most important. This is the time where we do trial and error so that we know how to expect in the future when we go meet with our task.

It is okay to be rough when we are on our own. It is very common and fine. Go against nature when we are on our own. This is to unwind ourselves. It also helps to reduce our stress level or anger. This will give us a better idea of what is to come and it helps us to be sober. There are many situations where will trigger pain or anger but if we learn to control our emotions, we will be quite smooth sailing. It is only a matter of time we will be ready to face such challenges and to come out strong. People who are street wise when they are small will surely have no problem with controlling their emotions when they grow big because they have to face such matter when they are young and they learn better.

We have to understand the problem to any matter and come out with a solution. The journey of any subject is difficult but if we do some homework it will reduce the problem and matter to achieve such problem into opportunity. Hope you the best of luck and happy always.

A challenge.

It is better to admit then to draw false conclusion. Worst, false impression and false talk. We have to admit when things aren't going our way before people might have the impression that we are not performing due to our laziness. There is nothing wrong admitting that we can't solve a matter rather then continue living the false hood and later having other thinking that we are not capable.

Doubt is the biggest mistake. In a race, it is not about winning but it is about taking part. Obviously there would be second and third place and more. That is why most people say the first step is the hardest but after that it is in auto pilot. Take for example, the most important thing for a pilot to handle the plane is when taking off and landing. They have to shift the paddle the right time when the plane is on the run way and taking off. Making an early or late move will be hazardous or malice. We need that extra instinct to see the right time to make the move and when not to make the move.

Working in the real world is so different then studying. Yes, you might have the knowledge but without having the right skills and making the right move, you are not able to survive. It is reality where most of us have to face when we come out or graduate. Some have that natural instinct because they have it since young but many only learn it when they come out to work. This sort of thing has to be in build and the only thing is through many practices. Street smart or book smart is more important?

There is nothing to shout about when gaining a success. You won't know the next one will come. If we pamper ourselves too much then we will feel upset when we meet with failure or rejection. The best is to remain sober and try to meditate. In times of difficulty, we need to pray for strength to continue the dreadful and bitter path. Everyone has to go through the same path and it we can't escape from these difficulties. You will always ask yourself why for the answer to our problems.

This world has full of colors. That makes the world an interesting place to leave in. Yes, no doubt there are dubious people in this world but we have our own method of approaching them. After all, no man is an island. Everyone has their own reasons and you can't draw a conclusion by looking at a couple of test. It is a bit bias plus wrong. We are going against our believe and it won't benefit in terms of morality.

This world is a crooked world and a place of foolishness. It might sound disturbing but it is true. We just have to accept facts. People will only degrade you if you are mundane or not performing. I am NOT ranting but due to human nature, here is just the best place to rant. I prefer to remain who I am and not to care what is said no doubt those saying are true which I have mentioned earlier. Victory is all but in vain. No one is going to pet your back and believe me no one if you are successful. I am all ready to accept the fact I am not the best of the best which some people are just too stubborn to admit their faults. One day you will get trap and feel miserable knowing that you are leaving a lie and leaving a life that isn't you, yourself.

I prefer to grow on my own space without any pressure. Think about good health and also our energy. We eat rice to grow and we do a little bit at a time to achieve our aspiration. I am sort of fortunate to have life and that won't change the fact that things will only get better and better at my own space.

There are many obligations that we have to face in life. We have to fulfill our needs first before we can look at our wants. My Dreams.

The year of the tiger is almost coming to a standstill. The tiger will invite the rabbit into the lunar month coming February. I am praying that the year of the rabbit which is 2011 would be a fantastic year. I foresee that the year of the rabbit will start with a full flash of prosperity and luck. Many people predict that the first half of 2011 would be a fundamental start and after that it would be a great year for the economy as a whole.

I would like to wish everyone luck and prosperity. The year of the tiger was a the year where everything started for me. Towards the end of 2010, many plans were rushing through my mind to kick start the year 2011 with all the plans that I have thought of.

Being human, I have many wishes. I have many plans. But I don't know where to start. How to start? Listing down all my wants and dreams was the answer to my problem. It is much better to list down so I can plan properly and not miss any. I did it and now it is 2011 and it is time for me to start all my plans.

Career wise, I have to work extremely hard for the first quarter of the year 2011. This will enable me to go a little slower in the third and fourth quarter of the year. My job is to see as many people as possible. It might sound tedious and it is but after knowing and getting people to trust me, I might just strike a deal and rest or go slow.

This year, I am planning to visit parts of Malaysia. The first trip will be to Penang and Ipoh. The second trip will be to Malacca and finally to Genting some where end of the year.

The best achievement would be reaching RM9,000 a month. In order to do so, I have to get at least 250 cases approved. The figure of 250 might sound big but I have sort them out and it might be not a burden. The action plan and than execution. The execution part is the most challenging part but yet interesting. There will be lots of feedback but those feedback are just case study to me so I can improve my persuasion skills. After all, savings and protection is a need today.

My long term dream is to buy a house. Houses nowadays are so expensive. They are getting more and more expensive over the years. A house is a good investment. I have to work even harder but I don't have to if I work persistently.

A mission can't be achieved over a year but it takes at least 5 years to make it a reality. Whatever is mentioned above will be brought into the following years to come. Ever year there must be improvement. Feedback and case study is very important. It will determine where we are standing and what we are lacking to further improve. We need to benchmark ourselves with the previous years and in this case, month.

Again, it is time for me to reach the first mark which is reaching a net income of RM 9,000 a month. Time to start the ball rolling. I am leaving the dream!
